I definitely support this. A big part of any RSPS is how well it sticks to real runescape. All the little quirks and adventures are a massive part of the Alora experience.
It is my understanding that giving an NPC combat stats isn't very difficult. Since most of the negative replies are directed towards the development time, I think this should be heavily considered. Definite support from me.
