Well in regular runescape, bp is the typical ideal range wep because it is the best - and since it is pretty expensive (around 31-33m) I don't think it should be nerfed.
C hally can be outbeaten by tent whip
I'm not saying it shouldnt be the ideal range weapon, but its just way too op imo
