Jiscoo little servers even dont die very fast, this is big server enough.
Your replies are based off it being fun, look at it as a business. Time coding should have a dollar amount to it not just to please people with something that really has no incentive to bring money in. People rarely donate out of helping the server. They donate for the incentives. If they took all the rewards for donating I'd loved to see how many people spend money just to help. A way I do see this working is making it so the rewards for winning are given on the main server, possibly even a GP fee to play on the DMM world that gets pooled to help the economy (being a money pit similar to the XP Well). Another way is to offer a store credit prize but to charge for a pass to play for that season. Take a look at one of the servers on the top list who have multiple worlds, sure they have 1k+ players but it causes large "riots" of people not always being pleased. Its essentially double the work load to have to look over the main base server and the DMM one. To update based on what each player base wants causes longer update times. You might think to yourself "Oh I dont care about longer update times" but a week to a month after it would be released it would get old to the majority.
No this is pointless atm. Think about how many things need to be added or fixed into the main server? This would make them take time off from the main server for something that would be used by majority for a small amount of time before being ran over by clans. All the time can be put into actually making the main server better. There is potential for this to grow bigger then it is, it just needs basic things e.g slayer reward system, npc clipping fixed, better mapping. Once you have a nice base to go off of that doesn't feel as "unpolished" then I'm all for DMM. I just only see this as being a time waste as of right now.
