It sounds from the post like you are seeking solutions for an ironman.
Have you tried:
-Doing barrows just for the runes? (enhanced with row(i) and mory diaries)
-Killing Revenants, Vyres, Kraken, and other endgame bosses for large amounts of runes?
-Getting a staff of light, staff of the dead, or a combination elemental staff to save on rune costs?
-Buying a tome of fire and buying some pages?
Vet'ion drops 900 chaos runes at a high rate of 1/17. He is the easiest of the 3 wildy bosses to kill and is a good source for a dragon pickaxe too. Just 1-item with a crush weapon and some monk robes or better.
I'm not expressing support or lack of support. I'm just trying to help by providing solutions I used on my ironman and GIM to procure early runes.
all i can say is kekw. this suggestion is aimed at players who are burning through literally 100s of thousands of runes regularly. not the average joe bob who is casting a few air strikes to kill zulrah 3 times for their daily gaming sesh

God forbid something called hard mode is, wait for it, hard to do.
If these small changes would be too much for you, maybe just stick to normal mode?
If your brain gets hurt by a small comment on forums I can see why it would be troubling to add more mechanics though.
your proving most peoples point. this is a private server and should inherently be far more accessible to the average player than osrs. you are a top player and therefore naturally find content easier than most, great. the content absolutely should not be altered to cater for the top players. again, if you find it too easy, play osrs.

no support. the content is just hard enough to make it enjoyable without making it completely unnaproachable to the average player. we arent all 0.1% top players who sleep through all content in the game. if you find it too easy, go play osrs where its hard.

How would this benefit Alora?: easy to read tracker on wether you have any progress towards a dt2 vestige without having to actually kill and see the message in the chat. i have included a concept design as an example

Is this in OSRS?: no, osrs has an incredibly large player base to easily support contract fails

How would this benefit Alora?:
the servers playerbase while plenty to support enjoyable group content and gameplay, simply isnt enough to support the mechanic of yama contracts being consumed upon failure. while i am aware that contracts are not consumed upon success, i am ofc talking about the amount of practice that will be required to get that success. i feel our server would benefit from a contract having maybe 5 failuire attempts per, instead of 1. we simply dont have the playerbase interacting with this kind of content and influx of contracts to allow more than a single digit number of players to reliable have multiple practice attempts pet contract.
for reference, this is what ive obtained personally after 250 yama kills, its simply not feasible to have them single use

EDIT: i was unaware this feature is also used in other duo content (royal titans) so i extend this suggestion to cover those encounters too

Why else would you want an anvil if not to watch fp while smithing lol. Duel Arena is an S tier smithing spot. Seems pointless imo.

How would this benefit Alora?: being able to select a boss icon when picking an image to use as your preset makes selecting which one you want extremely easy. this was a feature for a total of a few hours a few weeks back (which i made use of) but dissapeared when i woke up the next day. it should be added as a permanent feature.

the totems should drop in sequence up to 1 full totem, if you dont make the totem then they start dropping randomly. whatever you just showed in your screenshot is even more fucked than im already used to it being. big support
(although im pretty sure this thread will be moved to a bug report)

How would this benefit Alora?: as we all know, the second you use a vote book, the timer will tick down wether you choose to use the exp bonus or not. i suggest adding a timer that will put a pause on vote exp ticking down after a set amount of time being idle. the vote exp will then ofcourse continue ticking down the instant you perform any action whatsoever ingame. it would allow players who choose to leave their accounts logged in overnight for example or who choose to leave the pc for irl things to not have to worry about constantly having to micromanage their vote exp books. maybe after sometime like 15 minutes of the game detecting you being completely idle, the exp bonus pauses untill you perform an action again.

Halberds currently work as they are intended to work. When using a 2 tile attack range melee weapon your distance from the NPC, and whether or not your character is running will determine whether you path next to an NPC or 1 tile away from it. With run enabled you will move two tiles per tick meaning odd tile distances path you next to an NPC and even distances will path you a tile away, provided the NPC has not moved since you began the action to attack.
hence why its a suggestion and not a bug report

The Karamja shop buys items at their High Alchemy value, but you must have Karamja gloves equipped for this to apply.
yes, and the value the shop buys at goes down BELOW low alch value when you sell even 50 of an item which makes the entire shop absolutely pointless
EDIT: just sold 1 single item and it immediately went down below high alch value making the shop even more pointless than it was before.

How would this benefit Alora?: due to the increase drop rate of this server paired with an accelerated aquisition of skilling resources, players routinely become swamped with items that need alching but just arent willing to do it due to having to spend upwards of 5/10/15/20 hours at a time high alching on a p server is an absolute joke. most players resorting to selling at low alch value and getting bent over in the process.
i want a shop added to the game that you can only access via high tier achievement diaries, OR, add a donor rank that increases items alched per spell similar to the function of the plank make spell.

How would this benefit Alora?: currently there is a delay when entering cerberus lair that stop you being able to do anything with your character for bordering on 5-6 seconds. it doesnt sound like alot but its incredibly annoying and for people who routinely use the ::thieve method for boss killing between respawn timers its even worse and adds sooooo much time onto trips. a few alora updates ago this wasnt even a thing and you could move immediately upon entering the room but something seems to have happened since then to cause this issue.
