Creating an APK for Alora may improve performance for some users who experience mobile bugs and low FPS. However, you should consider that distributing an APK could conflict with Jagex's IP policies about RuneScape private servers: this is important to keep in mind. Publishing the APK on app stores like Google Play could lead to takedown notices and legal actions from Jagex. Improving the existing web app or offering a downloadable APK directly from the Alora website minimizes visibility and potential legal issues.

Support. We do have Lumber yard teleports, which is basically next to the entrance. But it'd be a nice addition to the monster teleports.

I understand the concerns about the impact of a 'custom' pet which has tailored benefits. Pets are indeed cosmetics and should stay cosmetic only.

Therefore, given the feedback, I will refrain from continuing with this concept.
