Please allow up to 24 hours for your payments to be processed and for the tokens to be added to your account(s).

Please ensure you are logged into the correct account for which you made the donation. You can verify this by checking the username displayed at the top right corner of http://www.alora.io/store/.

 

In-game and forum accounts are linked together; creating one automatically attaches the other.

 

If your donation has not processed after 24 hours, please post in the donation support section at https://www.alora.io...nation-support/. Include details such as your donation method (PayPal or BMT), transaction receipt number, email used for payment and confirmation, as well as the username of the account for which you donated.

#248508 Google Authenticator Code Not Working?

Over the past few months, I have seen the same problem from the Google Authenticator Application come up over and over again. Here is a quick guide on how to fix this issue.

 

First of all, this is only for the Google authenticator application

Second, this is in regards to having it set up already to provide access codes, but the codes being incorrect. 

 

Steps to resolve this issue:

1. Open the main menu in the Google Authenticator app.

2. Tap Settings.

3. Tap Time correction for codes.

4. Tap Sync now.
