Fussy Parts

I'm going to keep this suggestion simple and straight to the point. I think the rock cake should be added to the loyalty and/or vote shop as well. 

Right now it is in the daily task shop for 100 points, which means it's locked behind at least one week of completing all daily tasks every day. 

Another solution could be to just lower how much it costs in the daily task shop because I think 100 is way too much.

It almost makes using the Dharok set irrelevant because no one wants to spend 100 daily points on a rock cake when there are other items to prioritize first.

I'm suggesting the removal of the "Teleport to Target" spell.

Is this in OSRS?:
The spell is in OSRS but only available for usage in the Bounty Hunter minigame now.

How would this benefit Alora?:

This would benefit Alora by not allowing players the ability to teleport to their target.

One of the most abused forms of player killing is done by using the spell and it's not even against other pkers.

This would in turn give pkers a more traditional pking experience by actually having to search for people.

My suggestion is to change how claiming bonuses from a vote book works. I'm proposing that bonuses should not have to be used immediately when claiming a book. 

Maybe there could be an option to stack the bonuses, or maybe the bonuses could be a physical item that's untradeable.

How would this benefit Alora?:

This would allow players to be able to claim books for the points they need without having to worry about using the bonuses first.

Lots of us have stacked vote books that we'd like to claim for the items we want in vote shop but we do not want to have to use a stacked amount of bonuses or have to use a bonus right away.
