GIM Useless

What is your suggestion?: Rework BH. I'm not suggesting we remove it, doing things in the wilderness should be risky and that's what makes it fun. However, on a one world server, constantly being assigned a BH target that can teleport to you instantly from wherever they are makes it incredibly difficult to perform wilderness related tasks. I would suggest adding a cooldown timer on being assigned a new target once you've been killed by your target (say 30 minutes or so). This could be a toggleable feature because I know there are pkers who want to be assigned targets constantly. Maybe 30 minutes is too much but I definitely think being assigned a target instantly after entering the wild is a bit insane for a one world server.

Is this in OSRS?: OSRS has BH specific worlds because being assigned targets in every world would not be logical.

How would this benefit Alora?: This would mostly benefit restricted accounts which make up the majority of Alora, therefore benefiting the server as a whole. Pkers would start to be assigned targets who are actually geared to PK more often but would also be able to hunt people down in the wilderness like normal OSRS (just without the instant teleport). More people would perform wilderness related tasks leading to more potential for pkers to run into someone in the wilderness.
