What are your strengths? - Learning more and more about the server every day. Always willing to go out of my way to help anyone. Been playing IronMan since day 1 on this server so that's where I probably can help people the best. I run quite a few different Discord servers so I am always here to help out if anyone DMs me. 

What are your weaknesses? - I work 12 hour shifts at work. But on the plus side i only work 4 day weeks so with 3 days off a week I can still be extremely active. You may have seen me about on Alora recently more than normal as I've had a week off of work. Similar shifts although I have lots of Holiday coming up so I am going to be online more.

In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - As before, i'm still very active in the CC, Discord and in game. I am going to keep going up the ranks as often and as quickly as possible. As I said before  I run a few communities and if you ever need help with anything discord based. Please let me know.

What are your strengths? - Always willing to help anyone that has any questions. Very experienced with RSPS's so know the answer to most questions but still learning a few bits regarding Alora! Will normally stop what i am doing to help someone or show them something if needed. Although I only just joined the ICE Discord I am pretty much online on Discord all day every day and will always respond to messages if needed.

In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - I'd love to push up the ranks of this CC and get more well known. Plus like I said in my strengths I really enjoy helping people. I am a trainer in my work so helping people out in a game comes hand in hand. I built and run multiple large Discord servers for different games so I am more than happy helping out with anything on Discord if needed too. 

What is your suggestion?:
So I understand that there is a GIM Removal ticket in the ::store but I thought it would be a fair thing to be able to remove GIM members if they don't log in or maybe any other reasons.  It is a feature in OSRS as you can have someone that doesn't get on with the other members, might steal from the shared bank or even just is not active.

For example, my current group has 5 people in but one of them hasn't been active for around a week and no longer logs into Discord. 

Even if it isn't automated and we have to put a request through to the staff team for them to remove them if there is a good enough reason. I believe the only way to do it is only allowing new members of the game to join GIM groups, otherwise you don't want people to abuse it and end up with a group of 20 people that just keep rotating. 

Is this in OSRS?: Yes. You can leave groups and you can kick people from groups. But only (NEW) ironmen can join current groups.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Not that I am aware of.

How would this benefit Alora?: Would make the GIM community happy and in general I believe it is a great way to update and make the GIM experience more entertaining without having to worry as much about people becoming inactive.
