I personally love this idea...
I think there could be different levels of completionist, like there is in RS where the normal comp cape is achieved after maxxing and completing the designated challenges.
And the comp cape(t) could maybe be achieved after hitting an xp threshold (200m all)?
Allowing high paying donator ranks to have the trimmed version therefore would ruin the entire idea of a completionist cape (t)
