Awesome guide @H! This will be very helpful for those going for 200m all. Two extra methods I would throw in are Mahogany Homes for Construction and Giants Foundry for Smithing. They probably have slightly slower XP rates, but I chose to do these to 200m since they are much less click intensive and can be a nice break from the standard methods
