In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you are applying for. Having been a member of ICE for nearly two months now, I have been involving myself in any way possible with the clan. I've managed to invite two other buddies from our GIM to join ICE in the effort to help the clan expand (one of which is now a Corporal rank). In addition to, I have been active in chat whether it be congratulating player's achievements or simply answering player's questions. To summarize it all, I joined the clan to build that camaraderie with the members of ICE and achieve my long-term goal of becoming clan staff.

How long have you been in ICE? - 26 October 2021 was when i applied for recruit. But made hetskeapje in 2018, and joint Ice at that point. But didnt say much back then.

What position are you applying for? - lieutenant

Have you ever been in a staff position or position of power? - only on a other server, with a dutch clan.

If so, where and what did your duties entail? (Put N/A if not) - I needed to tumps up orndown applications for the ranks in the clan. Hosting/helping clan members with events or just helping in general with bossing/ raiding. It was really easy because its my first language, english is my not my best language to write but i understand almost every thing what people are saying.

How much time do you spend on Alora and in the CC daily? - Depands on my work hours, but most likely 5/6 hours a day. In the weekends ik offline because im staying by my girlfriend.

Being in the Discord is REQUIRED. Are you willing to be active in the Discord and attend weekly meetings? - im active on Discord every day on my mobile phone and pc if im playing ofcourse. And the meetings ye if its in the right time zone and if im online i dont have a microphone but i can always chat :)

Why would you like to work with us? - feels like the staff team is one familiy every body is nice to play with or just to chill with chatting for 2 hours with aves in the WT. And feel like im getting intouch wiith them more te last weeks. And i would love to join that family and help where i can ofcourse!

What skills do you possess that would make you a good addition to our team? - I think i can help with the aplications for the rank system, because im playing a decent amount of time to see most of the people applying. And i dont mind really, would like to learn new things or help where you guys need help. Or help people in the clan chat with gameplay or just questions.

Is there anything else you would like for us to know when considering your application? - Im an dutch guy with dyslexia so thats why my english is not that good, can do a alot but the text im whriting or words are not good some times!
