Thieving on Alora is incredible easy and boring with very little variation for training. Currently you can pickpocket, steal from stalls, or do Pyramid Plunder. My suggestion is to add Stealing Artefacts into Alora. This is not to increase thieving rates or make thieving easier than it already is, I don't think it will do either of those things as there are faster and easier methods already available, it is to add variety and thieving multiskilling into the game.
Stealing Artefacts is a common way for players to multiskill, training their thieving and another skill (typically crafting, fletching, magic, firemarking(hard af), or herblore). It's very simple to figure out, you get assigned a house to steal an artefact from, you run to that house and grab the artefact, and then you run it back to the assigner while avoiding getting caught by the guards. Adding this into the game would provider players with a new thieving training method, adding some variation, and allow skillers to do their favorite thing, multiskilling. One concern with this method is the guards being buggy and griefing. In OSRS there are 2 guards that you have to set up in a certain way to make it a nicer method, usually you will find a world not being used and set these guards up and most people respect that and don't run on your world if they aren't good at running artefacts. I could see this being an issue on Alora, where players mess up the guard positioning and others don't have the ability to just hop to a free world. I would suggest adding the two guards to be permanently in their "lured" position, as you would always just run it with the guards like this anyway.
TL;DR:
Add "Stealing Artefacts" into Alora. Adds a nice multiskilling thieving method. Add the two "lured" guards into their permanently lured position to prevent griefing or bugging out.

It's been a pleasure working with all of you boys for as long as I did. I have nothing but positives to say about every person on the staff team and the whole experience. I dont see any reason why this couldnt be a thing other than it stacking. but if we dont allow it to stack time and just restart the timer there is no issue. Also you said with 5mins of it expiring, just make it so it can be reset at any time, if people wanna chuck their bank for no reason let them its a item sink anyway!
I also agree with Selena's version. Either letting the well be pre-filled with 5 minutes left, so that the timer will just restart once the well ends. Or letting the well just be donated to at any time and resetting the well timer every 50m met. I think I like this second option better, because it allows for a continuous item sink, say I want to pop a vote book but there's 40 min left on well, I may want to fill the well (to restart the timer) and then pop my book so there's no interruption in skilling bonuses.

Support from me! I liked the change to the vote book, letting players use another one when there's 5 minutes left, and I feel the well should match this. Being able to use a vote book when there's still 5 minutes left lets you continue to skill with bonus exp uninterrupted, and letting the well be pre-filled would allow the same, especially because it can take a few minutes of yelling to get the well filled.
