Support. I like the idea of being able to actively hunt for an item in-game that you may want. Though it may be very rare (which should help ease the mind's of people concerned about the item's value) having it obtainable through clues only makes sense and makes clues a little more exciting with the prospect of getting those items.
I get my votes in, sometimes twice a day if my schedule allows. While I think vote books are already rewarding enough if it would incentivize other players to vote at all/more than adding extra options such as you listed seems perfectly reasonable. Personally I like having more options, support adding more bonuses.
Massive support. I've never understood the reasoning behind not releasing for example Cox rates/rarities. It doesn't change the game in any way, shape, or form to provide visual statistics to the players. Would be a great QoL addition.
It's not about who got to 4.6 first, second, third lol that should be completely irrelevant. It should be about who actually has more exp. The game could keep track of hidden exp behind the scenes for highscores sake. Once you hit 200m in a skill or 4.6 overall that highscore statistic means almost nothing anymore. Years down the road someone who has done 10x what you have on the game could be 50 ranks lower - tell me how that is a good system? I will say I did mistake a quote from a top pager on osrs I thought they could still change ranks though their system is by who got it first not by account creation. I would still find it highly appealing especially given the boosted private server exp rate if highscores counted hidden exp.
