I think this would be okay to see in game as doesn't affect anything but it may take a while to get in the game, The only way i can see it really being viable is if you're 200m xp in the combat stats as they're fake xp drops then. Support this.
No from me, Twisted bow is fine as it currently is, Mystics slap in osrs but in most cases you can keep them 1 v 1 and not a load catching you at once.
