@Yautja if it were indeed a small percentage then that would take my concerns away!
just aslong as it Doesn't overpower the system we already have, but just add a little benefit in it,

what is the secret to get so many clue scrolls? i myself farm all day and instantly do clue scrolls when i get them, but i've gotten over 7 so far

the items are indeed really annoying.
like if you try to have 300m exp in a profession you will have around 500 of those items just from 1 skill
