@ Spudmo Yeah for sure I get that 100 percent is a bit much but to have such low % chance now for such a high vote point items kinda nutty.

@ Realmungard Yeah but if he follows the idea of trying to make the things here as close to as osrs then it would make sense to make it work like that. There doesn't seem to be much of a point in the set if it doesn't do what its supposed to. Also even maxing on slower xp rate which I am almost done doesn't imply you will have more vote points then you need or use especially if you don't vote all the time or don't buy votes like myself.
