First off, this is really awesome for you to compile all the issues you've found into a digestible list. I think that anyone in the community would agree that bug fixes such are these are a positive thing for the community.
I think this is a suggestion that comes from a good place but I really do not feel as if graceful drop rates are anywhere near the rate of osrs. It took me much longer to get graceful set on osrs. The other issue is that because XP rates are so high, getting to the high level courses (Which yield more graceful) is much quicker, even for our more hardcore modes. So for me, no support.
