Clue Only HC

Hi, so pretty simple, we have a lot more clue steps now thus requiring a lot more items needed for a clue, I think it would be a good idea to add STASH Units requiring these items and a construction level to use. It's in OSRS and it would be useful for people not having to carry these items with them every time they need them, especially for UIM'S. Thanks for looking 

Hi! So as the name suggests I am doing a clue scroll only Hardcore ironman.

I will be updating in here any item drops and uniques.

When I receive and item that requires a combat level or skill level to wield or use, I will train that level.
