where at all does it say group ultimate ironman mode? I said Ultimate Ironman at 4-5 xp rate.

I think what @Moral truth was trying to say is a new game mode wouldn't need to be introduced for players to do something like you're suggesting. Just make a Realism, Elite Iron man, Or Classic account and implement the restrictions to your account personally.
