My ping currently is 240ms when the server is good, and 300-350ms average (most of the time it will be at this ping). Of course I excluded spikes as it won't make sense to count for them, although spikes do make it much harder to play the game too.
After posting I have completed a few of the tasks I have set myself. I would retry this achievements once again with recordings because most of them were during my slayer runs.
1) Vorkath no venom protection: Honestly part of my slayer point grind, I did this on complete accident as I forgot to drink my antivenom after starting the boss, so I decided to yolo. I had some nice rng where venom only started at about 40% HP. However, venom on its own took up half of my inventory.
2) Zulrah no damage taken: Did this twice while I was on slayer (again). I kinda didn't expect the runs to go so quickly that Mage phase never happened. However, I will attempt to do at least one successful run with a jad phase in there.
The biggest encouragement for me to do bosses is the server itself. I think I burnt all my luck into this game with all the low KC drops haha.
Jokes aside, I figured that if I should be at least doing bosses if I can't PvP well in the game. Most of the ping problems in the easier bosses are doable with stats and gear XD.
I am kinda ambitious since holidays just come around. Will do some recordings when I am going to attempt some of these achievements.
