The real estate agent near the POH portal next to ;;shops sells molten glass, actually. Personally I wouldn’t like to see that added to the PKP shop as they’re fairly cheap. If by crafting xp you mean glassblowing, that has not been added into the game yet.
In that case I'd like to re-adjust my suggestion; please make Glassblowing a thing :)
