I actually see so many generous people donating to the well, so everyone gets extra exp. I notice a lot, when it runs out, you get that typical 'Yell4Well' and expect people to do it, but never actually want to contribute, but I think to encourage more people to help fill it, there should be some kind of achievement/reward, for those that actually do it.
Perhaps a good idea would be 'Donate 50 million gp in total to the Well of Good Will' - 100 Achievement points.
If anyone could adapt/expand this idea, I'd be happy to see some ideas of other people.
