I can't wait for the glass-make spell! It's going to cut down the time making molten glass tremendously.

 

With that being said, I feel that Kraken being the only reliable source for seaweed should stay as such as far as NPCs go. It has a 1/43 chance of dropping 125 noted at a time. 2 other drops Kraken has that I'll combine for the sake of this argument is 50x unpowered orbs (1/64 chance) and 10x battlestaffs (1/32 chance) drops. The reason I put these 2 drops together is because Glass-Make is heavily used for making unpowered orbs, which leads to making elemental battlestaffs. This is a hearty crafting experience method, and I'll show as such using the HCIM exp rate of X6 with no bonuses active:

 

Making 1x molten glass = 120 exp

 

Making 1x unpowered orb = 315 exp

 

That is already 435 exp without making any staffs.

 

However, I would support a way of obtaining seaweed similar to how snape grass is collected along the shore by the Crafting Guild.

I'd also like to see more lunar spells coded into Alora. Omicron does a good job with adding new content, so I can't wait to see what he does in the future. I support this!

It's good to see you taking your demotion as an opportunity to learn. Some people would have easily threw a fit about it and stopped playing all together. It'll be nice to still see you around, whether you have a staff icon or not!

I believe there are people in the Alora community that don't realize that staff can be lenient with what people say. Everyone sees it in their respective Clan Chats and the ;;yell that sometimes language gets a little out of hand. Yes, it is just an online game and people are entitled to their own opinions; but sometimes people seem to take advantage of that and take it a bit too far and not consider the repercussions outside of "I'll just make another account" or quitting the game all together.

I believe any modifications to those specific set of rules are healthy for the Alora community.

Now that I (well, have been) am invested into this HCIM account, I eventually want to have it maxed. The short term goal is to get 2,000 total level for the badge on my profile. But at the time of making this post my total level is 1,991. My hunter has been level 1 since I started, so I finally forced myself to train it to get the total level up.

 

With 6 level 99 stats, and a 7th extremely close-at-hand, I still have a long way to go before I max. However, the grind is still strong, and so is my dedication to Alora.

 

As far as the Completionist Cape, the achievements are what is going to hinder my process. Though I currently have 36/54 completed, the 2 wilderness achievements and Mage Arena 2 are going to be the hardest one, for obvious reasons.

 

In time, though, I hope to be on the first page in the leader boards still standing as an HCIM. I am currently #86 including the HCIMs that fell, #77 not counting fallen HCIMS (pushed up on the boards appropriately)

A well deserved promotion for Fear7heduck. I always see him in the Alora clan chat helping everyone. He's very knowledgeable and has taught me quite a few things.

Hello, everyone! Since my time and many accounts/account-types on Alora since April 2017, I have never done an introduction post.

Some of you might know or might remember me from my other aliases: Jumex, ICE Jumex, or more recently BenQMonk and BenQMonkRise.

As previously said, I came to Alora in April of 2017. Since then, I've had a couple normal accounts, Elite Iron Man, Classic, and 3 HCIM accounts (this being my third).

BenQMonk fell to KBD because... Well... For those that don't know, I fell asleep as my Anti-Poison ran out, woke up seconds after death, and the rest is history.

BenQMonkRise fell to a guard dog. Yes, the guard dog in the gated house in Ardougne. I clicked to go pickpocket the Master Farmer, but I looked at my phone when what I thought was en route. Only to look up and see me at the lever. Once again.

PvM is my favorite thing to do here in Alora; as well as helping the community with questions whenever I can. PM me any time, and I'll help out to the best of my abilities!
