No support. I think there should be other ways of obtaining runes; blood especially, but this is not it. 

 

I think bloodvelds in the catacombs should have the same blood rune drops as osrs where u get around 700 per task. 

 

I agree that blood runes are an issue for ironmen especially those who have TOB weapons, but a rune shop for ironmen in my opinion is too easy of a solution. If we had a rune shop why not have a weapon and range shop then?

@ Omicron what is the rate of hitting the table roughly? its obviously not around 4.5% as the figure suggests in the update.
