Title pretty much explains it all.
My suggestion is to add the ability to filter drops on the ground, for example removing bones and ashes, and much more, from showing on the ground. The text clogs up so much of the screen, and it quickly becomes very annoying to look at. Another nice addition to this is the ability to color certain drops, such as onyxes, zulrah uniques, zenytes and more, to highlight valueable drops.
This is not added in the OSRS official client as far as I know, but almost all 3rd party clients have it, and I believe it's open-source, so many other RSPS's have this included.
