What are your strengths? - I am a nice person that likes to help people by answering questions they have if i know the answer.

What are your weaknesses? - sometimes I am too nice and answer questions that people didn't ask help for, and get mad at me lol.

In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you are applying for. - Well like i stated above i was ranked about 4 years ago in ICE, and am glad to be back, and hopefully get a higher rank like I had a long time ago.
