What is your suggestion?: That the Elder Maul should receive a crush bonus buff so that it is more closely related to the Chaotic Maul. SO that it is a viable PvM weapon, I and so many others believe that it is an awesome weapon, it looks cool, the animations are cool and closely resemble the chaotic maul that everyone loves. But in PvM abby bludgeon > elder maul. I think that it should be made into a viable PvM weapon, so either buff the crush bonus in order to make it hit more consistently. Not to boost the damage so much, it does great damage. Just so that it hits consistently in my opinion.

Is this in OSRS?: It is not in OSRS but it is a HUGELY discussed topic among the community that it should be incorporated and I believe in the near future that it will be buffed.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No it has not 

How would this benefit Alora?: It would make PvM for the maul lovers much more enjoyable, everyone who loves using the elder maul but isn't a PKer can actually use it. People who get it from a raid don't have to IMMEDIATELY quick sell it because it is useless in PvM and it will make it a more valuable weapon instead of being stuck at 45m. Make it a more worth while grind in the raids etc.

BRING BACK THE MAUL!
