Do keep in mind that whilst it may seem game breaking to a lot of people it will be balanced out by overall increasing the worth of the item. It won't sit solid at 45m if it receives a buff, also if this falls through I will more than likely follow it up with another vote that will be for PvM boss crush defences being lowered to buff the accuracy without boosting the weapons accuracy stat.
