What are your strengths? - Effective communication, Strong leadership skills, Reliable
 
What are your weaknesses? - I dont know everything about Old School RS, but I do obtain the knowledge on how to find the answers out.
 
In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - As I have been apart of this cc as an EIM, I just joined the server and didnt think twice before selecing EIM. I joined ICE and learned, had a good time, received help and comfort. I would like to be apart of the same organization.

What are your strengths?
Ability to control certain situations.
Ability to connect with many types of people.
I'm an active and trustworthy player.
I've got a lot of experience moderating servers / clan chats.
 
What are your weaknesses? 
Probably the fact that I change from accounts from time to time cuz I get bored of playing on one real quick.
My work is probably the biggest factor here.
I'm 20 years old and looking to get a promotion in my line of work.
Therefore I dedicate a lot of my time in to work, instead of having spare time to game.
This also means that I can be inconsistent with activity from time to time. (this will be brought up to the team in advance).

I know it seems like was uploaded in a rush, but I really feel like I deserve a shot at this.
I'm a fit candidate for the role. I'm active, friendly and very capable of handling various situations.
Players know me for my trolling and friendly banter, but they can also acknowledge that i'm a very dedicated helper in the ICE cc
