I support this, I'm pretty certain this is not in osrs, but rather in rs3 (got added before EoC tho). So all in all it's not congruent with Alora's only osrs content atmosphere, however I feel like runescape got a lot of QoL updates in the period between 07 and EoC which are generally overlooked.

But if they buff it's accuracy would that not buff it in pvp situations as well. Making it more likely to hit those big numbers and 1 shot people? I do like the idea of using it in pvm. However if that has a equal or relatively equal advantage applied to pvp situations I myself would not approve.

it could be a minor buff in pvp situations, but i don't think that it's gonna change the pvp meta.

also, what sassafras said about boss defences might be a good alternative if this doesn't work out.
