The average fire lighter drop on old school gives 12.8. on here the max I've seen is 3.
My suggestion is to lower the amount needed for the recolor. To about 20 would be same as os with the reduced rates, or to buff the amount of fire lighters given by clue scrolls.

The Concept
- After speaking to Watson in his house on Zeah. You learn about certain clue scrolls that hold a dark secret, aswell as potentially amazing loot.
The Deets
- Add Object Strange Casket with dialouge option to give you the chance to encounter a mimic when opening clue scrolls (Maybe hard-elite). This is also where you go to fight the boss.
- Add item Mimic which is random obtained instead of clue loot after interacting with the Strange Casket.
- Add Boss The Mimic
The Rewards
- An extra loot roll from the clue scroll
- Everytime you die to the boss you lose 1 loot roll
