About 2 years ago or so I maxed on the account "Minotaur" in ~15 hours of playtime. I asked around and did some research and I couldn't find anybody with a time better than that. I knew that I could beat that time myself though, but never decided to go for it. After recently returning to Alora I decided to give it another ago, especially due to the achievement system being reworked. Overall though, I don't think most of the diary is worth it if racing. You need to complete the Easy tasks to claim Medium rewards and so on and some of the tasks are RNG based - like obtaining an Iban's Staff to upgrade it (took me 30 minutes) or Ice Giant Ribs (10 minutes). I could have gained more experience just training normally in that time.

I always had vote book experience active and the Well of Goodwill.  I also only trained on a bonus experience event going on over the weekend.

I used all my lamps from achievement diaries on Slayer (~8m worth of exp) as I previously found that to be the slowest skill when I maxed on Minotaur. However, I'm not sure if that's the best option now. Doing strictly Black Demons (skipping all other tasks) I averaged about 100k Slayer exp/minute with this gear https://gyazo.com/cd...1aae665dad822db and Dragon Claws to spec (and using a cannnon). I did 2 Kalphite tasks but only actually completed one for the diary task. The other I was halfway through and cancelled it because I forgot lol

I'll quick breakdown how I trained things:

Magic was trained strictly via High Alching while training Agility for 0 time experience

Agility was from doing diary tasks and that got me to 15m experience

Prayer - Superior Dragon Bones on the Chaos Altar in the wilderness - took like 30 bones

Runecrafting - best rune until 65, Deaths to 77, Bloods to 90 and Souls for 99 - I'm still unsure whether it's best to stick with Deaths all the way or not, would need to do more calculations

Construction - Whatever to 69, Incense Burners the rest of the way (187k exp each)

Herblore - best potions until 81 and Saradomin Brews to 99

Thieving - All via diary tasks until I did Paladins and Heros for 99

Fletching - Easily another 0 time skill, make bolts while doing other things or running to other locations. Here's an example of bolts while Thieving https://gyazo.com/b0...5c6548902d155ce

Crafting - cutting Diamonds

Hunter - 15x Golden Warbler task and the Orange + Red Salamander tasks got me to 77, did Black Chins for the remainder

Mining - Adamantite ore in Wildy Resource area with an Infernal Pickaxe

Smithing - Gold bars at Blast Furnace until 68, Mithril plates to 85 and Addy to 99. Infernal Pickaxe gave some exp while Mining

Fishing - Best thing in Fishing Guild to 81, Manta's for a level, Angler's to 85 and Dark Crabs in the Wildy Resource area to 99

Cooking - wines

Firemaking - best logs possible and Infernal Axe while Woodcutting

Woodcutting - best trees possible

Farming -  I hope I don't need to explain this one lol

Now I'll slowly work towards comping and pet grind :)

I've made several attempts at a UIM fastest max as well. On the account "Hagrid" I maxed in about 2 days of playtime. I'm doing some theorycraft work on the account "Me" and I may actually max faster than Hagrid yet. I'll give it a real go on "Catherby" however. Hoping for ~30 hours. Might play around with regular ironman mode as well, I'm sure I could get sub 1 day on that

This should have been changed ages ago, 100% support
