What rank are you applying for? - Cap'n (silver star)
 
What are your strengths? - I believe my strengths are being able to be personable, respectful, professional, as well as being able to see multiple perspectives
 
What are your weaknesses? - My weaknessess are that i sometimes take things too personally, I can be sarcastic ( a little too much at times) and I also am very vocal when it comes to my beliefs or opinions.
 
In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - Well i am not sure if a small paragraph will really allow me to explain why i deserve this rank considering it is a very high rank within the clan, but ill do my best to keep it short. Overall i have been in ICE for over 6 months, I have been an LT for over 4 months. Prior to now i never applied to captain due to me not being as active as I thought i should be. I am now active ing, on discord and in cc much more. Due to me settling into my new house and job i have been able to be more dedicated to ICE than ever. Although I have had a couple encounters as of late, i feel that i handled them professionally and was able to curb my emotions once allowed to discuss with other staff members and express my views. I know currently we have quite a few captains as compared to other high ranks. I feel like my dedication and loyalty to be apart of the biggest movement and greatest clan on Alora make up for that. Also having a different time schedule than most staff and often times being the only staff member on allows us to fill a void for help and order within the cc.
I also believe that alot of my advertising and help within the cc sometimes goes unnoticed due to my weird hours. I want to thank you all for taking the time to read this "short paragraph" and for your consideration

What rank are you applying for? - Lt.-Bronze Star
 
What makes you think you deserve the rank ?-  I have been a great clan member over the course of the last couple months and a great Serg over the last few weeks. Most people know me within the Ice community and will vouch for me. I help with keeping CC civil, advertising, answering tons of questions and helping people out. I really do try to the best of my ability and extent of my power to make sure everyone has a great time. I believe I would be a great fit for a LT position. I am very good at having people see different perspectives, and  understanding the why associated with desiciones that are made. I can communicate effectively in a multitude of ways to allow people to understand or grasp things. I am also very personable and knowledgable, but not afraid to own up to my mistakes or when I am wrong.
 
Do you agree with our rules? -The rules are part of the non-toxic foundation that makes us so great.
 
Why does ICE Interest you? -ICE is one of the main reasons I play Alora daily, With out this fantastic community I simply don't think the gameplay would be the same. ICE is more than a clan,guild or cc. We are a squad,a team, a brotherhood. Often times giving each other hell like brothers as well ;)  I can't wait to see us keep growing even more and I would love the opportunity to be even more involved with that growth.

What rank are you applying for? - Sergeant
 
What makes you think you deserve the rank - Overall I have been extremely helpful in cc and fun in discord. I have been with the clan awhile and have been loyal,helpful and fun. I keep things spicy. jalepeno spicy and not carolina reaper spicy, I think that overall I have done alot to make ICE grow and welcome'd new members.
 
 
Do you agree with our rules? - Although some disagree with our rules, I 100% agree with our rules. They keep the clan non-toxic, fun and allows room for growth and mature fun.
 
Why does ICE Interest you? - Alora is hands down the best rsps. And ICE is 100% the cream of the crop when it comes to a clan inside of an rsps. Best clan on the best server, whats more to say?

What makes you think you deserve the rank 
I have been extremely helpful in cc, active in discord and overall a good team player. I advertise the clan often and answer a ton of questions. I help cc stay clean and an overall enjoyable place to be. 
Do you agree with our rules? 
Absolutely. I even go above and beyond the responsibilities of my current rank to keep cc clean by actively getting higher ranks involved if need be but also not making it feel like a bootcamp
 
Why does ICE Interest you? 
ICE is hands down the best clan on Alora. Helpful, fun, interactive and overall non-toxic. I think ICE has a fantastic foundation and would love to be part of the growth. I think I could add to the excellent leadership already in place as we grow everyday.
