No support. I'm going to have to agree with what rafffstaa said. It makes perfect sense, cool idea, but it's like a bonus achievement to the game. The Scroll Sack is it's OWN UNIQUE item in it's own unique category being clue scrolls. If there was such a thing as a clue scroll cape similar to the music/achievement cape then I would support this. 

I totally understand what you mean, but in my own opinion a completionist cape is meant to be all encompassing. When you slap that thing on it should represent that you've completed most things achievable in game as possible. You shouldn't have to tell people you've got that sack, the cape should speak for itself. :)

I don't think clue scrolls > clue sack is really a completionist item. If this goes through then we would also need to consider full graceful set, diary rewards from daily and such.
