What are your strengths? - I am a big time strong raider who takes everyone into my raids (if cc is mine of course).
 
What are your weaknesses? -  Other event managers.
 
In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - I decided to apply for rank up, because I like bronze stars more that bananas. I have managed a few events too (not too popular events tho), but this does not discourage me. I do not see why I should not get the opportunity to try out managing ICE too.  PS, I am a huge fan of Ust!

What rank are you applying for? - 3 banana rank
 
What are your strengths? - My strengths are staying calm and collected while dealing with serious stuff/issues and I have found a PK gene in my DNA.
 
What are your weaknesses? -  I am not weak by any means! Except skilling aspect of Alora.
 
In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - I decided to apply for rank up, because I feel that ICE has become a good home for me. I feel welcome here and I have been putting some effort into helping people in there too. I have also told people to stop flaming in the cc, when it happens, and it has worked a few times :D Now that I have resigned from Alora staff position, I can put even more work into helping people in ICE and just having good time here.

Thank you (almost) all for so kind words. It really was a pleasure to be in the team and I do not mind giving it another shot if I get my real life stuff sorted (probably by next summer). But I still got soooooo many things to do in game, so you will still be seeing me around PvMing  :) and DB Aspect, yes I still have time to bolt people ;)

Do not think so, but edible seaweed was suggested and accepted, why not this one too.

Hello

 

Due to your friend Raud having way less free time than he used to, he has decided to take a step back. Yes, I have decided to resign from Server Moderator position and become an usual player again. These 2 months as a staff member have been really fun. Helping people out any way I can, doing staffing things and having some fun with other staff members.

 

I must say that current staff team is looking pretty strong and I would be just slowing them down. I have made a lot of good friends in there and also outside the staff team. Thank you, Staff team, for giving me a chance to work with you. Resigning decision did not come easily, but it just had to be done. 

 

I will still be playing Alora, because I got so many thing to accomplish still, even though I maxed my Elite Ironman, but I am not stopping here. So If you want to talk to me, my PMs are still open, unless I am trying to get 200M in skills like Noobair has done already :D

When did you last apply for a rank? (Put N/A if this is your first app) - 14th of September (8 days ago).
 
What rank are you applying for? - I think Corporal (if that is 2 banana).
 
What are your strengths? - I have not gotten any stronger physically, but I have really good game knowledge and I do know a fair bit about raids. Also my EIM is really stronk now!
 
What are your weaknesses? -  Still my physical side and I am a little bit dumb sometimes, because I tell people to buy icy gloves (gloves used for blast furnace) from achievement store and then 2 seconds later I realize, that it is bought from loyality store (Sir Loyle T).
 
In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - I decided to apply for rank up, because I have shown huge dedication to helping out people in ICE. I am constantly staying in the cc too and taking part in "non help" conversations too. I also hosted 1 Chamber's of Xeric's event and I will keep doing it (like once in 2 weeks most likely).
