What are your weaknesses? - Sometimes I get distracted from being too task oriented.

 

In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - I am a professional trained leader in the United States Military with over 6 years of supervisor training. Have lead teams of up to 40 people in life threatening missions and get pass all my skills and knowledge onto those below me. I am super helpful in answering any questions, if I do not have the answer at the current time I will research it until I get the correct information.
