Hey everyone.
As I'm sure you've noticed, a few of us have resigned from the Admin team and that includes me. I joined the team back in April 2018 and from a staff standpoint, I like to think I accomplished a lot in that time. I put everything into Alora so that you guys (the community) could have a place that was clean of rule breakers that are out to destroy the game and an enjoyable place to play. I also made so many friends along the way, I can't imagine not having joined the team in the first place. It was truly an amazing experience that I don't regret and will never forget.
Unfortunately though, there have been a few issues that have been ongoing that I won't go into specific detail about. I held hope for a while that things would change for the better, but they haven't. And one side has to give eventually. Regardless of these differences, I have no negative feelings towards Omicron, Alora, the community, and ESPECIALLY not the Staff Team. As a normal player now, let me assure everyone that these guys break their backs for the game on a daily basis and do so in their own free time. To all of you, it was an incredible pleasure to have worked with you and I only hope that you all continue to grow as staff members and as people.
There are a few people I'd like to thank specifically though (in no particular order)..
@Lowkey , I know I've said this to you multiple times over the last couple days, but I truly am sorry that I'm unable to continue on the team. You gave me a chance when I was basically nobody and since then have become a good friend. Even when you flame Carol and I for yoinking your speed buff.
@KP , not gonna write a novel here because you already know, but you mentored me from the start and have since literally become on of the best friends I could ask for. I think I've already said this to you twice but I'll repeat myself again, the gold crown is gone but our friendship is not. Thank you for everything.
@C4, you can be a real toxic piece of shit at times and I absolutely love it. You've been my in-game brother since I started and that still hasn't changed. We took turns mentoring each other and I'm glad we worked together and to have your friendship.
@God (Aka Josh), we rose the ranks together the entire way and learned off each other constantly. You're a great friend and were an absolutely incredible staff member.
@Kharyrll aka Smite Bae, this obviously isn't a goodbye because you're still stuck being my Support, but it was a sight to see watching you rise from SS to Admin. I look forward to you and Jay continuing to fight over the speed buff.
@Mack , I'm still unsure if you're a robot since you don't sleep or if it's actually you behind that Mod Weath twitter account. Regardless though, you were a beast as a staff member and became a great friend. To say I'm proud that you took what I could show you and went above and beyond is an understatement.
This post is getting long so others who made this journey worth while..
