Unnecessary, I would rather take the .3 seconds to type out three letters than to waste 4 inventory slots.

I'd be interested in seeing lower instance costs for maxed\completionist players. Also, I think the idea of new resource areas would be cool for higher leveled players where objects stay stocked longer(Rune ore staying longer than 5 ore, etc).

I've been reading more and more about the current King of the Skill update on current 07 and thought it would be a cool idea to maybe have on Alora.
The concept behind it would be a second world, only for a certain activity. Possibly things like most kill-count from scratch in x amount of time, things like that.
It just seems like a cool concept.

no reason for teleports since wizard is in this game
Doesn't mean it shouldn't be added. House teleportation is quicker for people who spend the money for it.

#128572 Few Suggestions
Posted by Meaningless on 05 November 2017 - 11:00 AM
Hey guys! I've got a few suggestions to go through today. I'm very open to discussion about them, so if you disagree - tell me why and we can talk about it and try to come to an agreement.
1) Lizardmen Shamans
These need to be slightly nerfed to allow them to be killed easier. At the current time, Shamans hit extremely accurate and extremely fast. They have a special attack which is a green splatter which always hits in the range of 25-30, and with it being in a multi-combat area, you can get easily one hit from the three that spawn there. Alongside of this, Shamans hit very accurately, even on Armadyl armor with praying against them. I believe that this needs to be reduced some to where tier of gear you use has some sort of effect on their pure damage output. My suggestion to combat all of this is to make the Tier 5 Shayzien set currently obtained from the Achievement system do the same effect that it has in regular OSRS. The effect it has is as listed on the wiki; In addition, the set also protects you from the poison attack from the Lizardman Shaman. I believe this is a easy fix to a growing problem with this boss. I'd even be okay with making the Dragon Warhammer a small bit more rare to accommodate for making the boss a little easier.
2) Karambwhat? Achievement
This achievement is listed as to simply catch 1,000 Karambwans. This in itself is not the issue. The issue with this is the fact that the bait for them does not stack. You have to buy 27 of them at a time, which is a huge grind for anyone trying to even get started on this achievement. I suggest we make them stackable from Gerrant in Edgeville shops, and raise the price on them to cause a money sink instead of a time sink.
3) Slayer System Revamp
I feel as if they way our current slayer system works could use a change. I'm going to be taking a page from RS3 when I suggest this one, and allow players to have a prefer system. I'd be fine with spending 5,000+ points while being able to put a task on a prefer list where I'm assigned them more often. After a certain point currently, the slayer points become meaningless. There's only so much from the shops we can buy.

I think it could work, honestly. It'd have to be thought out more in depth that what you touched on just now in the post, but I'm open to the seeing the possibilities that could come from this.
