Looks like I came back at an awesome time for Alora! Nice work Omi, great to see the game still alive and pumping!

I suggest that we implement a way to remove members and add members to a GIM team.

Reason: I see a lot of teams, over 20, that have players that are extremely inactive. There are several teams with 2-3 players that only played the first day.

Here are some ways to go about this.

Limitations to adding and removing members on a team:

• A team can only remove 3 players and add 3 players. This is to prevent players consistently swapping team members and creating a trade-like economy.

Cool-downs:

• The cool-down between each addition and removal will be 72 hours. 
• Example: If you were to remove a player, you must wait 72 hours before removing another one or adding another one.

Requirements to adding and removing members on a team:

• The player(s) that is/are intended to be removed must be inactive for 15 days. 
• The player(s) that is/are intended to be added must be either solo or removed from another team, after the 72 hour cool-down is up.

I expect this to be completely controversial. So, by all means, reply with your input and ideas and maybe we can get this sorted out.

Why: The only thing that PvP achievements are sought out for are PKers and players that wish to be a completionist. If there was a 10-day playtime option that would allow them all to be completed for non-ironman, it would have no effect on gameplay. It would just free up slack for the players that want to comp, get more achievement items, or just to complete achievements. 

Personally, I think this would be a good idea for those of us who prefer to not even use the wilderness. I'm 50+ days gametime and would love to be able to unlock the achievements so I could get some more items.

I'd like to make a special thanks to @Paine and @Eim Trump for motivating me to make this simple meme =D. 

It's okay, we love both of you!

I can personally say, out of all of the recent servers I have been a part of, this staff team has been ran with the best of the best. No player has to worry about being clueless or unsafe. They are always on top of taking care of rule breakers (trust me I know).

They treat their players equal to anybody else. Nobody is personally favored higher than anybody else. They do what they are supposed to do. I have yet to see an actual corrupt staff member.

With that being stated, I can hop on this bandwagon and say that there has been nothing but absolute professionalism among the Staff Team of Alora. They always take into deep consideration who they want to hire and who they want to promote. I'm not trying to kiss-ass here, but I really do enjoy having this staff team.

@Omicron - I mean, what can I possibly say, to express the gratitude and thanks to all of the great updates and content that you have made countless people enjoy. Alora's #1 staff member, not because you are the owner, but because you take into account what everyone wants.

@Lowkey - Great content and streams, really enjoy watching your videos and participating in the giveaways. You're very kind-hearted and care about the community. 

@Hellish - I can't say much about you. That's only because our timezones don't collide, so half the time I'm on, I only get to see you for a little bit. 

@king purple - Out of the other managers, you probably host the best events. You draw half of Alora to participate to all of your events with a couple global messages. It's not for the events, it's because people enjoy you hosting them. YOU are what makes the weekend events worth going to. 

@Sheep - You're probably the most respected and charismatic admin towards other players. Players envy your company in-game and out of game. 

@Dante - I don't know you as well as most other players, so I can't comment on a lot of things. But one thing I can say, you are aware of what you need to do and Alorians respect that. 

@hsoJ - Worthy, dependable, mature, and much more. It's always fun having you in-game and chilling with you. Everyone has utmost respect for you, and enjoy having you here as an admin.

@Draisaitl - As far as responsibilities go, you are by far, the best Administrator to be on Alora. 

@Code 002 - I've seen you in-game and on forums, by that I can say, I have never seen anybody have a problem with you. You're very maintained and mature, which makes you a perfect fit for your position. 

@Immortal Fox - Congratulations on the promotion, I hope you like it. You definitely deserved it. Players love to see you online, I personally think you are the most respected Global Moderator. I've never seen a single person have a problem with you. 

@Scuffed EIM - I don't know a lot about you so I'm not going to comment. Different timezones. 

@M A C K - Who knows, you might be next. I've always came to you if there were no admins or above online. You handle a lot of player-based situations. I'm pretty positive that players turn to you, more than they do other staff members. Your availability and assistance have never been an issue for us. I see a great future ahead for you. 

@Paine -  Even though you're a meme right now, you're probably the most respected Forum Moderator that Alora has ever seen. Nice pet btw. 

@Mhk - I don't know you as well as most others do, but what I do know, you are very great as a Forum Moderator. You take care of these forums and make sure everything is okay to go. Keep up the great work. 

@To gain - A very great guy to be a moderator, although I am shocked they haven't promoted you yet. I can't say a lot but everyone knows who you are and know that your are a fantastic moderator. 

@EIM 1gp - You're a funny guy and always give people a good lul. Very optimistic and fun to be around. You are always a good person to turn to if we need help. Keep up the good work. 

@Smiv - I haven't seen much of you recently, but I do know that you take your position very seriously. I'm glad to see you as a moderator. 

@Trade For GP - Definitely a worthy moderator for Alora. Quick to help, and always let players know you are there to help.

@iron aritus - I don't know a lot about you so I can't comment. 

@Loo -- I don't know a lot about you so I can't comment.

@Elite Drew - I don't know a lot about you so I can't comment.

@Sassafras - I don't see you much anymore, but maybe it's our conflicting time-zones. When I do see you, I always see you in yell-chat doing what you need to do. Keep up the great work.

@Elite dezrix - I've chilled with you for a bit while fishing, and from what I've learned, you are definitely a great staff member with a high potential for promotion. You are very respectful, well-mannered, and players enjoy your company. If it was possible, I'd wish for 10 more just like you. 

@Moral truth - There are plenty of things to say about you but I'm going to cut it simple and short. Players love you. Staff loves you. Availability, assistance, or anything that a player could possibly ask for, you are there and doing it to the max. Keep up your fantastic work!

@Spanks - I don't know a lot about you so I can't comment.

@Eim 40a -  From what I see and have gathered, you're very envied by the community. I haven't had the chance to chill with you or really talk to you, but I can say that it's always a joy having you in-game on Alora.
