Hey!
I couldn't help but notice your current section for feedback, outside of this one anyways, is really only being used for Staff Feedback! This is just a small suggestion, but what do you think of the idea of perhaps renaming that section appropriately [Staff Feedback], creating a new "Community Feedback" category, and then also including an outlet for user complaints? I was just thinking it might be a good idea to have a dedicated channel for users to post some things they may not agree with!
