@real praxi Saying it's the nature of the gamemode is a little silly when that's not how it is in OSRS. It is objectively easier to get the runes required than it is to get the scales required, so this change from the OG game is crippling irons. Why would we want it that way? I'm still down for giving the option since so many people want to use scales, but they're all mislead lol.

im saying that your idea of "i have the drops now so theres no real reason for me to even do the boss" is silly. thats how ironman works, you repeat previous bosses for resources or certain bosses that drop certain things you will need more of in the future.

Having a 2-charge system on the trident complicates things quite a bit, since we'd need to track 2 different charges and subsequently decide which ones to use when attacking, uncharging, etc... especially if the charge components are not equal in value. I think this suggestion would be better suited as a poll to decide if we should move to runes or stay at scales.
