[Variant]

Just wanted to make a post on what I personally see as 'priority' when it comes to what I want changed in Alora for 2025. Of course all of this can be side tracked with new content from Jagex, but as it stands for today this is my personal perference.

The list will be what I'd like to see as far as updates/bugfixes (even if the suggestion isn't officially accepted). Some suggestions may be listed earlier because I have a false idea of it being an easy/quick update. List is definitely bias, but feel free to add suggestions and I can definitely add them to my list, or feel free to make your own.

The first month I know is an extensive list, but I feel like a lot should be minor/easy with quick significant impacts. I did a lot of gravedigging for this list and will add more later, feel free to comment what you think or would like to see, and in what time frame.

i like the idea, hopefully omicron will give us a confirmed road map so we can see when we should be expecting content, but idk if he wants to put "deadlines" on content publicly to us

A confirmed roadmap would definitely be appreciated, but I feel like a lot of the listed suggestions have had massive support and just fall on deaf ears. While I know he doesn’t want to set deadlines, he is running a business and deadlines help keep everyone accountable… I hate to say it because we don’t see what goes on behind the scenes, but the general rhetoric I get from most players is it feels like Omicron has given up on alora. While I know it isn’t true, because it’s still online, it gets hard to defend this stance when something like runelite high scores not working for weeks, and iron players not getting league trophies for over a month goes on. @Omicron I hope you get a chance to read this post and reply

i agree with most of the stuff you listed, but the priority imo would we to fix whats already in game 1st before adding new stuff:

highscores been already broken for to long...

tob drop rate fix?? this should had been done ages ago every1 been complainning about it.

fix/ make scamternal rank more decent before adding another 40k scamm rank

skill of the day fix so it doesnt change randomly during the day

revamp store and loyality shop

forum pages slow asf and super laggy if you have it open while playing

 

ect...

as i said, start by fixing what we have that is not working b4 trying to add new stuff would be already something.

every single updates seems to bug/break stuff we have in game so the priority imo is  what we have in game already, make it work properly.

 

after all this completed, im 100% in for new content and new stuff !

I really hope we can get some changes and improvements to the existing content in Alora before we roll out any new content.

 

Also, a $40k donator rank seems a bit much when you think about how many ranks are already available and how few players actually hold the top tier. Some of those players aren’t even active anymore, and most of the others are just into gambling. Let’s work on adding more benefits to each donator tier instead.

The big obvious one is posting/making threads on mobile. Thread gets completely fucked.

There's a bunch of behind the scenes stuff that would make it nicer too.

A makeover is definitely in order, it seems like it’s been a long while since any love was given to the site and forum.

Expansion on existing donor benefits seems more beneficial than adding a $40k for the time being.
