What is your suggestion?:
Remove killcount capes from the raid collection logs, and instead reward players that complete each raid collection log with the ability to recolour their mega rare weapons from the raid cape npc's,
e.g
Corrupted Twisted Bow from Captain Rimor
Corrupted Scythe of Vitur from Harpert
Corrupted Tumeken's Shadow from Maisa
Is this in OSRS?:
Partially
Has this suggestion been accepted already?:
No, but it has partially been suggested.

How would this benefit Alora?:
Based on the suggestion thread linked above, many people would much rather see see an announcement for a completed raid log on the raid that they actually got their last item, rather than doing several hundred raids after for the capes, which is a little excessive for a private server.
Secondly, many players have expressed that they would love to obtain these kits one way or another, and I truly believe this is a perfect fit. It's a direct and ideal replacement for the capes, and sure, some sort of big challenge for every raid(similar to awakened bosses for blood torva) would be cool, but we would be heading into custom content territory which I'm not a fan of, and my suggestion doesn't require much development time.
I assume most players that complete any of the raid logs would prefer to have a kitted mega rare to show off, rather than capes people don't even wear.
