Duke kill time starts when you hit the boss, not when you start prep.

I’d support this minor qol.

Would rather if duke prep was improved to make the boss nicer to kill for everyone. AFAIK OSRS have been discussing about changing it, but I'm not 100% sure.

Pretty sure you can already do that if you unlock the store task perk.

oh its different than osrs then, i wasnt aware of this. if this is true then i support this suggestion for eternals to skip prep

skipping the prep would be huge for eternal, atm nothing really worth the total spent. only good thing to do is select ur slayer task but its

The prep time makes it equal to the other fights in length. The boss itself is easy. The prep is there to make it just slightly annoying, given the other bosses have actual mechanics besides "step here when you're not attacking"

I unlocked it to check, it does not let you pick the same task twice though
