The whisper encounter may be overly challanging, particuarly for player with high ping, as this can significantly hinder performance. The final phase, in particular, feels exceptionally difficult to manage. It might be worth considering adjustments for the first kill count, such as skipping the phase entirely or reducing the damage caused by the tentacle splashes to zero. In its current state, the fight often feels unrewarding, as the effort required can outweight the sense of accomplishment.

I don't think we should be making the fight easier. It's meant to be difficult. I wouldn't say it's harder than the Dragon Slayer 2 boss fight. But the quest is meant to be challenging, making these fights easier would just make the quest a farce. I do sympathise for the high ping warriors though.

i also don't think we should make the fight easier, but you could try maybe something different to attemp to finish the last phase.


i was struggling alot on the last part also, whisperer was something new for me and he kept killing me on that last phase.

 

so i decided to try to use the suffering ring +veng with sang staff and i made it.

work smarter not harder . it worked for me

I dont think we should make it any easier but my advice is find the ids for the tentacles and use the npc highlight plugin to highlight them. Also when the enrage phase starts it always starts range range then mage mage repeating

Honestly the mechanics ain't too bad once you get used to it. Making it easier would not be the solution. The issue imo is the high ping some of us play at, making it impossible to finish enrage phase specifically for the awakened version. You gotta have robotic like reflexes otherwise its game over. But that's another topic in itself.
