I'm Bee, or LZBN, you can just call me bee or lez for short if you like! I've been searching for a good PS to settle on and this one looked promising! i mostly would like to do a chunk ironman, i think, though I'm not positive if I'll have the willpower to stick to that, being that it would be my first ever ironman lol. Anywho, hello! I'm excited to start playing :D

Hope you stick around and give realism a chance

The 40x xp rate on normie is a bit fast and the eco is a bit inflated with iron dupes

 

As for Realism, the 2x xp rate is much more enjoyable and the eco is unique to realism players

This makes Realism a bit like server wide group ironman with the trading post as our vending-machine-styled group bank

Yes ironman game modes have faster xp rates than realism, but the problem (rate limiting factor) with playing ironman is obtaining end game items (rather than xp)

That's why i prefer to play Realism, where I can exchange my dupe torva platebody for my friends' dupe torva platelegs, rather than waste more of my time getting 4 platebodies before 1 plateleg drop

Chunk ironmen would prove pretty difficult on an RSPS just because of lack on content in random chunks all throughout the world. But it may stillbe fun to try! And welcome to Alora :D
