What is your suggestion?: Update bingo interface, add ;;bingo command 

Is this in OSRS?: No 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No

How would this benefit Alora?: Nice to see who's winning and how long it's taking. A ;;bingo command would also be nice so you don't need to carry the card around
