What is your suggestion?:
For pvp equipment used in the wild, only consume a charge if hit by a real player
(no cost when hit by NPCs)
Is this in OSRS?:
No, but it's called PVP equipment.
Most players on Alora who have it can't afford to use it when they step foot in the wild
What's the point of adding fun pvp weapons if 99% of the playerbase can't afford to use it?
It's mostly pkers hunting ironmen using PVP equipment, anyways.
Balance it up for PVMers.
Has this suggestion been accepted already?:
No
How would this benefit Alora?:
Encourages PVP equipment use in the wild
Makes PVP equipment actually affordable to use in the wild for ironmen who are doing wildy PVM
Currently, using PVP equipment at skot is ridiculously expensive
Each hit taken is 2 pkp and if you're tanking 3 crystal demons and a skotizo, that's 8 pkp every couple ticks.
If you're wearing a vesta top and a bottom, that's 16 pkp every couple tick.
Not really worth using.
Making this change would spice up the wilderness and help ironmen defend themselves better.
It would also benefit the pkers by saving them charges that are consumed from taking NPC damage as they're scouting.
