What is your suggestion?: replace staff team with new people who are more interested

How would this benefit Alora?: alora currently has a staff team who have very obviously given up. they do the absolute bare minimum of their job and the server as a whole would benefit from having fresh new people taking the roles. people who are more motivated to do the job instead of logging in for 5 minutes at a time to do the minimum.
